Frequently Asked Questions
How do my clients redeem a gift code?
They visit HomeTitleAlert.org/redeem, enter their code and property address, and create their account. Their card is collected for Year 2 renewal only โ Year 1 is completely free.
What if a client loses their code?
Email support@hometitlealert.org and we'll resend it. Codes are tied to your purchase, so we can always look them up.
Do codes expire?
No. Codes are valid until redeemed.
What happens at renewal?
After Year 1, the homeowner is automatically billed at our standard Plus Annual rate ($199/yr). If they cancel, monitoring simply stops -- no action needed on your end.
Can I buy more packs later?
Absolutely โ just come back to this page. Each purchase generates a fresh batch of codes.
